My love, I am sorry for what I did. I don't know if you ever forgive me. You can easily hate me for what I did. But I am coming to you to apologize. I still love you. And will forever. Whether you love me or not.
 
Athena's P.O.V.-
 
A few tears escaped my eyes. As my mind and heart fought the Trojan war. Sorrow, and grief broke me. For what I did. For my greatest mistake. Oh Percy. I am so so so sorry.
 
"Hello." A boy said, as I looked at him. I recognized him immediately. But I was in my other human form, working in a library, to read more books, in my free times.
 
"Hi. What do you want?" I asked.
 
"Can I have the Marine-Bio book, please?" he asked.
 
It started with a book.
A book that changed us.
A bio book it was.
 
And it changed us.
 
"Yes." i said and gave him book. "Thanks" he said, and was about to leave when he recognized me.
 
"Athena?" he asked.
 
"Yes." I said. "Now, where's my daughter?"
 
He stiffened, as I noticed a small tear rolling down his cheeks. I glanced curiously at him.
 
I realized, you were broken
A heart beyond repair
I took it as my challenge
And decided to play fair.
 
"She, she, she broke up with me." He broke down. I realize my daughter's foolishness. She was too foolish to leave such a good man. I realized he was broken. And I took it upon me to repair him. To heal him from a damage caused by my daughter.
 
I hugged him, as he cried on my shoulders. And his warm hug, was too comfortable. And it melted me. I did not break it, cause treasure it while it lasts.

"Thank you." he said again regaining his old composure. I realized another thing. He seemed like a different person from outside, but in the inside, he was a broken young hero. A broken 18 years old hero, who had suffered too much, seen too much. And fought too much. To save his people.

Who seen things others should not.

with betrayal to no ends.
 
For the next 3 months I met him daily, in the library, as I fell for him. Hard. But I just could not tell him my feelings.
 
Why is it so hard?

For monthsI waited
To tell you how I felt!
 
"Percy. I need to tell you something." I said one day. I could not hold it any longer. I decided to just tell him it. He looked at me, with his piercing sea-green eyes.

"I wanted to say, that I love you too. You healed me after Annabeth. And I fell in love with you." He said. And my heart fluttered at his words. I felt something, I never felt in a long time. True that I did fall in love with some mortals, but with Percy, it was different. It was a feeling of protectiveness, and trust and loyalty.

I looked at his eyes, and they told the truth. Both of us leaned in once again, and our lips met with a spark. Energy flowed through my body. We started dating that day, and dated for more than 3 months. But it finally had to end. And I was the one to break us up.
